Why isn’t my financial aid paying to my account?

In order for your financial aid to be paid to your account, you must be meeting minimum enrollment requirements, and your financial aid file must be complete. To check your financial aid status, log in to BannerWeb, click on “Student Services,” then “Financial Aid,” then “Eligibility,” and “Student Requirements” to see if you are missing any documents. Minimum enrollment for loans is 6 hours (undergraduate students), 4 hours (graduate students) or 3 hours (doctoral students) per semester. Most grants and scholarships require full-time enrollment – 12 hours (undergraduate students), 9 hours (graduate students), or 6 hours (doctoral students.)
