My loan MPN is still showing as “incomplete.” I have completed it already, why isn’t it updating?

MPN Incomplete

Your MPN status can only be updated once your loan application has been accepted by the Dept. of Education. UIW will only send loan applications to the Dept. of Education once a student is enrolled at least half-time at UIW. If you are already enrolled at least half-time and are still seeing an incomplete status, please contact the Office of Financial Assistance at 210-829-6008 or to see if there is an issue that needs to be corrected. If the name and/or date of birth you gave to UIW when you were admitted does not match the name or date of birth on your FAFSA, there will be a mismatch to your MPN and it will not update. Another common error is a student completing the wrong type of MPN.
